AFRI-FRESH is an enterprising organization, dealing in fresh produce branded fruits and other FMCG products. We have large cold room facilities for fruits which aid in preservation of freshness of fresh produce. We also have different facility for ice cream storage. Our fleet of large and medium vehicles combined with our experienced work force, manage sorting packaging, distribution of goods to various parts of Uganda. Our special team is trained how to pack fruits hygienically and the most important part is selection of fruits for packing so that consumer gets its value of the pre packed fruits.
We are a team of 105 staff including 6 expatriates to handle all our operations starting from handling the goods, distribution, finance, accounts etc. Our staff is fully trained for sales, marketing and distribution.

Fresh Fruit Distribution
We have dedicated fleet of trucks for the fresh fruit distribution in the market. Our route sales team is well trained to maintain hygiene and freshness of fruits while distributing in all the supermarkets including A Class Supermarketsthrough a ready to sell stock basis.
We have a dedicated trucks for Hypermarkets which loads on presale basis and supply according to the order precure by our supervisors.
We also have appointed M/s Kanase Consultant who merchandise our Fresh Products and Perishable products in the supermarket focusing on visibility and cleaness of our products and ensure they are well arranged.
FMCG Product Distribution
We have a team of 20 Sales Reps in the field who presale and procure orders from various outlets also follow the given route & beat plan to ensure the customer is attended weekly or twice a week depending on the strength of the outlet.
Depending on the product line for few lines we have a dedicated team of sales reps focusing on the particular product of line.
Upcountry Route Sales
We Operate 1 Truck at Western Uganda & another truck at Eastern Uganda region. we spread the distribution up tp the border of Uganda.
Seeing the Growing Market in Upcountry
First Branch at Mbarara location, where we distribute all range(Imported & made in Uganda or produce in Uganda) Our another branch is at Arua, where we distribute all range(Imported & made in Uganda or produce in Uganda) We are alos looking to open next Branch in Mbale
Our Accounts Team
We use a Multi We switch to ERP Enquest system . ERP Prime Tool. We have a team of 15 who entirely looks after the accounts section from Data Entry, Fiscalisation of Invoices, Cross check on the Invoices returned, payment collections daily basis.
We also have a pre-approval of Presale Orders in place, when the order is brought to office firstly it is approved before it is sent to stores for dispatch.
Data Sharing & Reporting
Our Accounts and Sales Supervising team is fully trained to keep the data of sales and track on weekly or fortnight basis to understand the achievement.
We completely work in transparency providing the data and reports to our suppliers so their input can always helps us to grow the brands and our business. Every input from outsource is always helpful in our business growth.
